Hi fellow CPR members.
It's great to see that the West is leading in voting in NPR's board
election. However, a quick glance shows that only 6 California votes have
been cast, so far.
I hope you'll all make it a point to vote. It sends a clear signal to NPR
that managers in our region care and are interested in what happens at NPR
INC, and that our collective voice matters.
If you haven't completed your balloting, I urge you to do so.

Attached please find a list of all Authorized Representatives who have voted
in the 2015 Board election as of 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, today, Friday,
July 31, 2015. The voting breaks down by region of the country roughly as
follows:
West - 47.3% of AREPS in the region have voted thus far
Midwest - 46% of AREPS in the region have voted thus far
Northeast/Mid-Atlantic - 36% of AREPS in the region have voted thus far
South (including TX & OK) - 34% of AREPS in the region have voted thus far
The deadline for voting in the NPR Board election is Thursday, August 13,
2015, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. A link to the ballot can be accessed
through www.nprstations.org http://www.nprstations.org . User names,
passwords and voting instructions for the election were e-mailed to each
Authorized Representative on the morning of July 13, 2015. Voting
instructions also are included below.

Voting Instructions
- The window for casting your ballot is from 9:00 a.m., Eastern Time,
Monday, July 13, 2015, to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, Thursday, August 13,
- Your vote must be cast within this period.
- Go to the NPR Station Website at www.nprstations.org
http://www.nprstations.org/ .
- Log onto the NPR Station Website using your NPR Stations Website
username and password (which is not the user name and password provided to
you in the email you received this morning). If you have forgotten your
login information for www.nprstations.org http://www.nprstations.org/ ,
please enter your email address into the "Forgot" section below the "Login"
area, and you will be sent your NPR Stations Website username and password
instantaneously. Please call NPR Services at 1-800-329-5380 if you have any
difficulties.
- When you reach the NPR Stations Website homepage, click on the NPR Board
Election link (which will appear only for Authorized Representatives) at the
top of the home page.
- When you get to the login page for the election, log in using your
personal election username and password provided in the email you received
on July 13, 2015, from [email protected] mailto:[email protected] .
- Upon entering the voting page you will have the opportunity to review
the voting instructions, review the ballot and find additional information
about each candidate by clicking on the word "details" beside each
candidate's name (for Member Directors) or next to the "Yes" selection (for
the Public Director), or by clicking on the "Details" tab at the top right
of the screen. If, after reviewing the ballot and/or looking at the
information about the candidates, you decide you are not yet ready to vote,
you can simply exit from that page and log in later when you are ready to
vote.
- You must cast your ballot for up to three Member Director Candidates by
clicking the boxes beside the names of the candidates for whom you wish to
vote. You must cast your ballot for the confirmation of the Public Director
by clicking on the box next to your vote, which may be one of the following:
"Yes," "No" or "Abstain." When you have finished voting, click on the
"Next" button at the bottom of the page.
- You will then be prompted to review and verify the selections on your
ballot. If your votes are not recorded correctly of if you wish to change a
vote, click on "edit selection" next to the vote you wish to correct. If
your votes are recorded correctly, please read and accept the "Participant
Consent" paragraph, which will then activate the "Submit" button. Click on
"Submit" and your vote will be sent to the electronic ballot box. Once you
click on the "Submit" button, you will not be able to change your vote.
- Once you have cast your ballot you will receive a vote confirmation
page. To view and print a receipt of your vote, click on "View Receipt" at
the bottom of the page. This will take you to a separate window. You may
print this receipt by clicking on the "print" prompt at the top right of the
page. After this step, close out of the vote confirmation page and click on
"Logout" and you will return to the NPR Stations Website.
