Hi everyone,

Along with the other regional groups, combined as PRRO, we have postponed
the Super-Regional Meeting https://prsuper-regionalmeeting.org/ that was
scheduled for this November 2021 at the Denver Grand Hyatt. We are looking
at alternate dates in Spring 2022. Thank you to everyone who has been
involved in the planning so far. Please know that your prep work will be
carried over into next year.

Although we were able to implement many safety protocols for the
conference, the latest surge has been a concern. In addition, our two
largest sponsors – CPB and NPR – were reluctant to move forward at this
time. As soon as a new date is established, we will share that information.
People who have already registered for 2021 are set for 2022. If the new
conference dates don’t work for some, you will be issued refunds.

In the interim, the PRRO plans on offering a few webinars on some of the
most popular sessions planned. We appreciate your understanding and hope
that this decision is favorably received. Please let us know of any
questions.

While I have your attention, congratulations to  KALW’s Tina Pamintuan, who
will soon be leading St. Louis Public Media.

And congratulations to Tina (first term) and to Jennifer Ferro (2nd term),
recently elected to NPR’s Board of Directors!

Best wishes~

Frank
