This legislation mirrors previous proposals by the Congressman in past legislative sessions. While these are serious legislative proposals, by themselves, they have no current effect on federal funding for public broadcasting stations. I’ll keep you advised of any action on this or other matters impacting the financial health of public broadcasting. Please continue your local efforts to build support for your stations.
