[CPR] NPR candidates forum at NOON today

Hi everyone,

Just a quick reminder that the NPR candidates forum is coming up in a few
minutes at NOON, pacific time.  Below is the call information. It's not too
late to be included. This has proven to be a great way to learn more about
all of the candidates.

The 2015 NPR Board Election gets underway on Monday July 13, 2015 at 9amET
https://www.nprstations.org/areps/063015a.cfm .  We invite you to learn
more about the candidates in a forum webinar on Wednesday, July 15 from
3:00-4.30pm Eastern Time.

As in recent years, the forum is presented by WSPR (Western States Public
Radio) on behalf of the Public Radio Regional Organizations (PRRO) group.
Member Director candidates will offer their views on a number of topics,
including the financial future of public radio, increasing transparency,
fundraising, and more.  John Hess of Boise State Public Radio and WSPR will
moderate the discussion.

We will be posting short statements and other background materials about the
candidates to nprstations.org https://www.nprstations.org/index.cfm  in
the near future.  If you have specific questions for the candidates, please

[email protected] mailto:[email protected]  and/or submit them
during the webinar using the question tool.  A recording of the forum will
