For NPR voting stations, congratulations. This is our highest turnout for
an NPR election, and well above the highest percentage (55%) listed below
for the Midwest.

Re:        NPR Board Election Voting Reminder and Voting Confirmation Roll

Attached please find a list of all Authorized Representatives who have
voted in the 2022 Board Election as of 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, today,
Friday, July 29, 2022.  If you attempted to vote but do not see your name
on the voting confirmation roll, you did not complete the voting process.
You will need to log back in to the ballot to vote.

The percentage of A-Reps who have voted thus far by U.S. region is as
follows:

Midwest

55% of A-Reps in the region

Northeast/Mid-Atlantic

47% of A-Reps in the region

South (including TX & OK)

34% of A-Reps in the region

West (including Mountain West)

47% of A-Reps in the region

The deadline for voting is Friday, August 5, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern
Time.  A link to the ballot may be accessed through www.nprstations.org.
User names, passwords and voting instructions for the election were
e-mailed to Authorized Representatives on July 5, 2022, July 19, 2022, and
July 26, 2022.  Voting instructions are also included below.

Voting Instructions

  1. The window for casting your ballot is from 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time,
    Tuesday, July 5, 2022, to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Friday, August 5, 2022
    .
    Your vote must be cast within this period.

  2. Go to the NPR Station Website at www.nprstations.org.

  3. Log onto the NPR Station Website using your NPR Station Website
    username and password (which is not the user name and password provided
    to you at the bottom of this email).  If you have forgotten your log in
    information for www.nprstations.org, please enter your email address into
    the “Forgot” section below the “Log in” area, and you will be sent your NPR
    Station Website username and password instantaneously.  Please contact the NPR
    Member Partnership team [email protected] at [email protected] if
    you have any difficulties.

  4. When you reach the NPR Station Website homepage, click on the NPR
    Board Election
    link (which will appear only for Authorized Station
    Representatives) at the top of the home page.

  5. When you get to the log in page for the election, log in using your
    personal election username and password provided below.

  6. Upon entering the voting page you will have the opportunity to review
    the voting instructions and the ballot.  You also can find additional
    information about each candidate by clicking on the word “Details” beside
    each candidate’s name (for Member Directors) or next to the “Yes” selection
    (for Public Directors), or by clicking on the “Details” tab at the top
    right of the screen.  After clicking on the “Details” link or tab, click on
    the link below each photo for detailed information about that candidate.
    If, after reviewing the ballot and/or looking at the information about the
    candidates, you decide you are not yet ready to vote, you can simply exit
    from that page and log in later when you are ready to vote.

  7. You must cast your ballot for up to four Member Director Candidates by
    clicking the boxes beside the names of the candidates for whom you wish to
    vote.  You must cast your ballot for the confirmation of the election of
    each of the Public Directors by clicking on the box next to your vote,
    which may be one of the following: “Yes,” “No,” or “Abstain.”  When you
    have finished voting, click on the “Next” button at the bottom of the page.

  8. You will then be prompted to review and verify the selections on your
    ballot.  If your votes are not recorded correctly or if you wish to change
    a vote, click on “Edit Selection” next to the vote you wish to correct.  If
    your votes are recorded correctly, please read and accept the “Participant
    Consent” paragraph, which will then activate the “Submit” button.  Click on
    “Submit” and your vote will be sent to the electronic ballot box.  Once you
    click on the “Submit” button, you will not be able to change your vote.

  9. Once you have cast your ballot you will receive a vote confirmation
    page.  To view and print a receipt of your vote, click on “View Receipt” at
    the bottom of the page.  This will take you to a separate window.  You may
    print this receipt by clicking on the “Print” prompt at the top right of
    the page.  After this step, close out of the vote confirmation page and
    click on “Logout” and you will return to the NPR Stations Website.
